Returns Policy

We want you to Totes Adore your order from us. So in the unlikely event that you want to return your purchase to us we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund or less postage for upto 14 days from the day you have received your order.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of a bespoke item, which includes our candles if we have filled it with your choice of scent or Adore-a-Bottles that have been commissioned (with your own bottle), any of the Tallulah Love Lingerie, or any other made to order item. This does affect your statutory rights.

If an item is broken or faulty you will of course be entitled to a full refund or replacement. If the item is faulty we may ask for photographic evidence or for the item to be returned to us before we can issue you with a refund or replacement.

In the first instance contact us at hello@totesadore.com with details about the item you want to return and the reason, we will then issue a returns number. Items can be returned to: Totes Adore HQ, Unit 7 Levy Way, Faverdale Industrial Estate, Darlington, DL3 0QA. Please make sure it is well wrapped and we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage, as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in the post.
